What is JOGA
JOGA enhances athletic performance, improves concentration, decreases recovery time and ultimately, transforms an athlete’s game. JOGA gives athletes an edge over their competition. This edge is earned. Virtual Coaching Virtual training with JOGA is a great way to stay connected with your team, lift team morale and for each player to improve mobility, range of motion, and overall well-being. We can facilitate team training of up to 125 people and the sessions are 45 minutes. Each team member will need an internet connection, computer, tablet or phone with audio and a camera – the session will take place with ZOOM and a link will be shared prior for you to join the live session.
